Planning Valedictory sessions and then satsang sessions as follow up p. Choosing volunteers across various areas and making them part of the growing group q. generating id cards with batch #s and roll #s r. having further levels Sylabus B & C s. pursuing other activities veda patashala, etc t. sending audio slokas post each class u. eliminating students who dont maintain attendance from Google meet and whatsapp groups v. coordinators advising corrective actions to students mainly children post class w. Conducting daily global sessions in morning and evening - recently Canada group x. Mamis and other students reciting slokas in global sessions y. Announcing conducting weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually special programs z. Using various channels Jio, YouTebe, Facebook etc mediums to take VIVAS wide and long. Having backup Gurujis, dual coordinators in each class and all of these as a voluntary service is GOD Blessings
